Here are just some of the ways I have successfully worked with clients:
- Provided on-going secretarial/adminstrative support for chartered surveyors including transcribing valuation reports, RICS Homebuyers reports and building surveys from digital audio files.
- Provided on-going administrative support for a UK Manager running a challenge event which takes place annually. This has involved registering teams, setting up and compiling a team database, sending out delivery notes and invoices, keeping payments records, producing end of year invoicing spreadsheet summaries, together with liaising with team leaders/venues and resolving queries throughout. I also attended a UK Final event to co-ordinate the administration for the day.
- Transcribed manuscripts for a published author. (Amazon.co.uk)
- Designed and developed a new document style for a school, incorporating this into a new school prospectus, letterhead and document template.
- Designed a 'house style' for a company's personnel documents and re-formatted existing documents into the new design.
- Produced an Access database for analysis and presentation of data for a student's PHD course work.
- Typed student dissertations and CVs.
- Typed up Quality Assurance systems using a company's existing templates for procedures, working instructions (flow charts) and policies.
- Provided on-going administrative support for a former school pupils' business association. Updating and maintaining the website and member records.
- Transcribed digital audio files for a veterinary surgeon.
- Sent out mail shots - from setting up the initial data list and mail merging with the letter, to stuffing and mailing the envelopes.
- Provided confidential secretarial support for a Company Director - typing Human Resources and Personnel related documents.
I have worked successfully with clients both locally in Cheshire and around the UK. Work may be sent to me via the post, email, digital audio files, or fax.
Locally, arrangements can be made for work to be collected from client premises.
