I am Amanda Duffy and I started Xpert Business and Secretarial Services in 2004.  I have over 20 years experience in PA roles (to Director level) and Administration/Office Management in both commercial and non-commercial organisations, together with RSA and NVQ Management (level 4) qualifications.  This means I have both the experience and skills to look after your secretarial and administration work. How does a Virtual Assistant Freelance Secretary work?

1. You brief me on your work requirements.

2. I follow your instructions. Work can be sent via fax, email, Royal Mail, emailing
digital voice files for transcription - or I can pick up work if you are locally based.

3. I carry out the work to your instructions and ensure your requirements have been met.

4. I invoice you only for the hours I have worked at the appropriate hourly rate (see terms and rates), plus any costs incurred eg stationery, postage etc. A detailed time sheet will also be provided.
